Alan Preston, 1985

Alan Preston wheels a trolley load of books into the shop at 40-42 Willis Street during Writer’s Week, 1985. Penguin Books’ Tony Harkins is on the left. He’s smiling because he knows Alan didn’t parallel import the books in the Penguin-branded carton. You can also see Colin Morris Music displaying Grace Jones’ Island Life next door.
