“You Can’t Judge A Shop By Its Window” article, Dominion Post, 2001

Not generally known for our sports enthusiasm, Unity surprised regulars, judges and ourselves when we won first prize in an “All Blacks” window competition organised by Totally Wellington and the New Zealand Rugby Football Union. Our display featured wine bottles as rugby players, silver ferns, a giant headstone for “French Rugby”, Lloyd Jones’ The Book of Fame, and other volumes related to rivalry or the French.
