At one point we toyed with the idea of having staff biographies on our website, but it never got very far, partly because we realised that updating our “favourite books” and photographs would take too much time away from reading helping customers. This is a snapshot of us in August 2014 – most of these photos come from non-professional settings, so don’t judge us!
